Managing Expectations To Avoid The Resentment Loop
In this week's episode, Jamie and Guy discuss communicating clear expectations to reduce resentment within relationships. They explain that often times we don't communicate our expectations clearly. We may assume our partner should know and then we can be left feeling resentful when they don't live up to our expectations. Over time these these repeated disappointments can lead to resentment. They discuss the importance of open communication, setting healthy boundaries, and managing expectations to prevent resentment.
