On this week's episode Jamie and Guy discuss FOMO - the Fear Of Missing Out. FOMO has probably always existed but technology and social media have certainly made it worse. It is easy to start scrolling through Instagram or Facebook and compare our lives to others. Jamie explains that FOMO is a real feeling - but it’s not necessarily real in that it’s indicative of our reality. They go on to discuss that we don’t need to live with this feeling of 'less than' because we haven’t had the same experiences as others. They encourage everyone to not fall into comparison, to turn off that chatter and to be really mindful, present and intentional in what’s happening in our lives at this moment - because that is where we will find greater satisfaction and joy.
