Learning About and Leveraging Your Strengths and Talents, with guest Marsha Berkson
On this week's episode of the Davenport Podcast, Jamie and Guy welcome Marsha Berkson, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, to discuss their strengths discovered by taking the Gallup Clifton Strength Assessment. The Clifton Strength Assessment was developed to help people discover what they naturally do best. Marsha explains that our strengths describe us, influence our choices, direct our actions, and explain why we are better at some things than others. In short, they shape the way we think, feel, and behave. The assessment ranks your strengths (34 strengths total) to help you discover which are at the top. Your top five strengths are who you are every single day. Jamie discovered her #1 was Harmony while Guy's #1 was Activator. Listen to see how their strengths guide them in life - from careers to checking out at Walmart 😂 Listen to learn more about identifying your strengths and how they guide your life 💛
