Discussing the Two Most Powerful Words You Can Say in a Relationship: Thank You
Show Notes

In this week's episode, Jamie and Guy discuss the two most powerful words you can use in a relationship: thank you.  Saying "thank you" is essential in building and maintaining healthy relationships. It acknowledges the efforts and kindness of the other person, making them feel valued and appreciated. Saying thank you fosters a more positive connection between individuals and can contribute to a more meaningful and fulfilling relationship. Additionally, expressing gratitude has been linked to increased well-being, higher satisfaction in relationships, and a reduction in stress and negative emotions.  They explain that saying 'thank you' almost seems too simple, but the power and influence it can have in a relationship can be great.
