Jamie and Guy discuss new year's resolutions vs. intentions in this week's episode. As we begin a new year, many of us may be thinking about what changes we want to make in our lives. Some may make resolutions, promising to lose weight, quit smoking, or save money. However, many of us may find ourselves struggling to keep these resolutions. Instead, we should focus on setting intentions. Intentions are different from resolutions in that they are not specific goals, but rather a mindset or attitude we want to adopt. Setting intentions allows us to be more flexible and open to change, rather than feeling like a failure if we don't meet a specific goal. Additionally, we can work on intentions throughout the year, rather than something we put pressure on ourselves to accomplish in a short period. So, let's start the new year with intentions to better ourselves, rather than resolutions that may hold us back 💛
