On this week's episode, Jamie and Guy discuss the power of friendship.    There are so many benefits to having good friendships in our lives: it makes life more enjoyable, it gives you a safe place to be yourself and it enriches your everyday experiences because you are sharing it with someone. A friend is someone that you can reach out to in times of need. It is someone who you can be totally honest with and they will be honest with you.  They discuss how strong friendships have to be cultivated. They take time, energy, and commitment. Jamie also explained that the reason we keep people as friends in our lives - is because we prioritize it.
