On this week’s episode Jamie and Guy discuss change - particularly making and maintaining changes in our lives.  They agree that often times when people think of change - they are referring to the “action” stage of change - but they discuss how there is  a lot more to change than that. Jamie explains that there are six stages of change and explains why they are each important.
