No But's About It: Why Accountability is Important in Maintaining Healthy Relationships and Achieving Your Goals
Show Notes

On this week's episode Jamie and Guy discuss accountability.  From RSVP'ing to parties, to holding yourself accountable to training for a marathon, to taking ownership in relationships when you "step in it" - accountability is important and shows up in all facets of our lives.  They discuss how there are no "buts" or blaming when you are being accountable for your actions.  Being accountable means you turn inward to analyze how you have behaved instead of outwardly blaming others or the situation. Being accountable means taking responsibility for your actions. Highly accountable people don't make excuses and work through the problems.  Simply put, accountability means following through and doing what you say you are going to do.
